Q: CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

A: Tickets are nonrefundable; however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email kristina@prolove.com with the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to.


Q: CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

A: We welcome children! If your child is school age, please purchase a student ticket. If your child is under 5, no ticket is required. 

 

Q: CAN MEN ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

A: Our conference is specifically tailored for women; however, men are welcome to come. 

 

Q: I CANNOT ATTEND THE CONFERENCE. WILL YOU OFFER LIVE STREAMING OF THE EVENT?

A: We do not offer live streaming. 

  

Q: MY ORGANIZATION WOULD LIKE TO BE A SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR FOR THE EVENT. HOW DO WE GO ABOUT DOING THIS?

A: If your organization is interested in being a sponsor/exhibitor for the PLWC, you can view our sponsorship options under the sponsorship tab on this site. Sponsorship pricing starts at $1500. If you have questions, please email pam@prolove.com.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS ON THE TICKET PRICE?

A: We offer an early bird rate that is currently good through December, unless we sell out sooner. We also offer a student rate that is good as long as tickets are available.

 

Q: HOW SHOULD I PACK FOR THE CONFERENCE?

A: Our conference is very casual. We want you to be comfortable! Sometimes the meeting rooms can be a little chilly, so bring a light sweater or jacket. Summer weather in Indiana can range from pleasant to sultry. Daytime highs average in the low-to-mid 80s and overnight lows in the mid-60s.

Q: ARE ANY MEALS PROVIDED WITH REGISTRATION?

We provide dinner Friday as well as lunch on Saturday and Sunday that are included with your registration.

BRU Burger Bar:

Bru's menu offers award winning burgers using locally sourced meats and vegetables, fresh salads, sandwiches and other dishes from the Bru culinary team.

Black Swan Brewpub:

Traditional brewpub mains and snacks that pair with house beers and tap.

The Coachman:

Mom-&-pop steakhouse with a live-music lounge serves hefty mains & a selection of lighter fare.
